{fall}

I am in heaven.

Fall has always been my most favorite season, and I can't tell you how HAPPY I am that I'm enjoying  it once again.  The cliche is true...you don't know what you have until it's gone. When we moved to Texas, I was truly in a state of mourning for months, as I realized that there was no such thing as fall. No leaves changing colors, no crisp mornings, no cooling of temperatures at all, no sweaters, no cozy night, no pumpkin patches or cider mills...nothing.  I always knew I loved this time of year, but I REALLY knew how much once it was gone.  I know I took it for granted, but no more.

Now, every single time I go outside, or open a window, I'm happy.  I'm soaking in every single moment, and I don't even care that winter is coming! Actually, I'm excited for something other than HOT.

*snuggling up with blankets on the couch
