{interviews}

I was sitting at the computer, with Kate right by my side, and we got to talking. Soon I started asking her some questions about herself, and when I heard her answers, I immediately started typing--I had to record them. I wish I could have got her on tape--there's nothing like hearing the little voice to match! I had so much fun talking to Kate, that I called Emma over and asked her the same questions. She was equally as charming, and I have been laughing all day about some of the things they said.

I absolutely love the spontaneous answers, and being able to capture their little 4 year old personalities. The things you find out during interviews like these...I need to do them more often!

Love this post. Man I wish I would have been as smart as you to have written these kind of things down long ago. Well done!

I don't know how you can't read that and cry--so very sweet. I've never heard their voices but I can almost imagine them standing there all excited answering your questions.

Once a year we had a sheet for the kids to fill out that had many of those same questions and they are so fun to read today.

You are such a great mom.

So so sweet. Next time you should grab a camera to capture their little voices. I especially liked one of the comments from Kate. Did you know Morgan's name is Morgan Elizabeth? I knew I liked that Kate of yours...she has excellent taste.

I'm definitely going to copy that one. It would be fun to do it every year around their birthday and see how things change!
